The files are compressed files that you must download and save on your hard disk. WinZip or a similar program is required to decompress the file first. Then run Setup.exe to install RadEst. If you have already done the installation and want to update the executable, download it and decompress it in the directory where RadEst was previously installed, overwriting the existing file.
